  Please be careful with this seller. I bought a DIY kit from her that was described in the listing as “new and unopened.” When it arrived, it was obvious that the kit was used, missing instructions, with pieces scattered all over. I contacted her, sent photos of her misleading description and the damaged kit, but despite misrepresenting the condition of the item, she is sticking by her no refund policy. Had I known the kit was used, damaged & incomplete, I would have never bought it.

  I tried to contact you discreetly but when I tried to Ebay just locked me out even when I entered the item #. You tried your best to pack the cookie jar but I guess somewhere along the way it was handled roughly and now it's broken. I can tell you really tried to be careful so I feel bad about this.
