I'm glad I switched to Ferrous Gluconate
1 of 1 found this helpful I used to take ferrous sulfate to prevent mild anemia, but it was hard on my stomach, so I didn't take it as often as I was supposed to. My doctor recommended I try ferrous gluconate instead because it's gentler on the stomach. Now I can take it as prescribed and my iron level never gets too low. Great stuff.
