Vacuum cleaner motor was noisy.

The old belt looked good but I replaced it anyway. The old belt was exactly the same size as the new one (indicating the old one had not stretched). Now - with the new belt - the vacuum is quiet and works good again. Noise problem solved. Glad I changed the belt
