Why so tough to fix?
1 of 4 found this helpful I received only a watchband - no hardware. I am very disappointed that you must order the watchband on the internet - stores do not carry them! I bought the band and ended up taking it to a jeweler specializing in watch repair. They did not have the special tools required to install the watchband. It got sent to "the factory representative" to have the watchband installed. So far it will take three weeks and almost as much money as I paid for the new watch. Why can't Casio put on a durable watchband (less that a year old), and why can't they make it possible for a regular watch repair place to replace the band. Saddly disappointed in the product.
