SPOT is the best
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought one of these for my kids who are both hikers and runners. It gives me peace of mind to know if they need help they will be helped quickly. I love the “check in” so I know they are ok. Best investment I’ve made for my anxiety when I can’t text them on the mountains. They check in periodically and it works great.
