Disappointed and Enlightened. Last Chromebook I will ever buy.
3 of 6 found this helpful No CAPS LOCK key? C'mon man! The Chrome OS is non-intuitive for longtime Windows users. My purchase was an 'open box' special. It arrived minus a user manual and minus the battery charger. I bought the thing for a group I chair as it seemed a cost effective alternative to a full Windows laptop as its only purpose is to host meetings ... in hindsight spending more would have been a MUCH better choice and better use of my precious time. Color me disappointed and enlightened.. I have equally poor reviews of the ZOOM For Chromebook app as well ... hard to use and non-intuitive. Many wasted hours.
