After comparing the Metabo to similar saws at Lowe's, I had decided this was the saw that I would purchase given its price/features over the competition. It looked solid enough, the fence was in-adjustment and it operated smoothly.
I also noticed very capable woodworkers that I follow on Instagram use the same saw; an endorsement of sorts.
Setup was a snap (not much to do, really) and I made a test cut on a pice of scrap to see how well the laser guide was dialed-in. Spot-on. The cut was very smooth and would require no further treatment if it were to be exposed or jointed.
I've not gotten around to testing the bevel cuts yet but if the standard 90-degree cross cut is any indication, it will more than likely be fine.
Earbuds In-Ear Headphones Stereo Bass Noise Isolating Earphones with Mic wired

Great 'Buds on the Cheap...
I was expecting these earbuds to be just "okay" given the price point; which would be fine since I use them primarily for podcast listening while doing chores around the house.
Upon opening the packaging (which is nicely done as well) I was surprised to see the extra covers at various sizes for a good 'seal' to enhance the bass -- and isolate whatever you're listening to. The little clip to to harness the wire while in use is an unexpected plus.
The wire itself is nice and beefy that ends with a good strain-relief connection at an angled plug. This should address my main complaint regarding 'buds at any price point; when used during activities, thin wires and cheap-y strain relief break easily thus rendering them useless.
The pause button is also a nice feature -- keeps me from having to fish my phone out of a pocket in order to pause it.
These earbuds aren't cheesy at all (NOT plastic) and belie their very good price, leaving me with a satisfied feeling of a good "score".
Buy and enjoy.
