Jillian Michaels "Ripped in 30" kicks butt...
My wife and I are at the end of our second week of the Jillian Michaels "ripped in 30" DVD. It is as advertised and her workout is kicking our butts and firming them up as well. I am spent at the end of the workout in the morning, and I can feel it for the rest of the day. This is a very good program and I know the next 2 weeks are going to be even tougher. It was one of the best purchases we have made, and we will probably buy another of her workout DVD's in the future. Thanks!!

Good reading that adds to the perspective.
Interesting reading on how the Civil war was romanticized by the movie industry and depicted in the many art pieces produced that were inspired by the conflict.
