  I won an auction for a banknote and the price was less than the face value of the note. The package was lost in the mail but eventually found and was sent back to the seller. The seller and I agreed that he would resend the package but he arbitrarily decided to refund the money and relist the banknote. I believe this was very unprofessional and unethical. I've been on ebay for 25 years with hundreds of transactions and this was my first bad experience.
