Get, read and/or watch instructions (not included)!
This comes with no instructions. So, guided by Internet videos only, I broke my phone and had to buy a new phone because of trying to change the battery. So I haven't used the battery. The plastic tools didn't hold up well. The screwdrivers were correct.
If you buy this, watch several videos TO THE END before attempting to change the battery on your own. It can be done, but it's tiny, delicate work.

Back saver
This is simple to install and works great. For this price, buy more than one so you can hand them to your friends who WILL want one and so you can replace it quickly when you wear it out! :)

Very good product.
Quiet and efficient. I bought one this spring for one big room. I liked it so much that I bought this one for another big room even thought the one already in place was only a year or two old.
Setting up the "smart" features is very confusing and cumbersome, but once it's working it's nice to be able to control it from ones phone.
It works so well that we use both almost exclusively on "Dry".
