greatest hits all in one CD
3 of 3 found this helpful love that you can get all the greatest hits in one CD. Also has new liner notes. But if you want all the great Linda R. classics fully remastered get the Japanese Mini LP OBI versions of her 1970s albums. Well worth the extra money.

horrible sound quality
3 of 3 found this helpful This CD is from Linda Ronstadt's well-known performance from Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 25, 1982 recorded at Reunion Arena, Dallas, Texas. It was one of the first satellite radio broadcasts that was simulcast live across the U.S. on NBC stations. She was promoting her latest album, Get Closer, with this concert tour.
The audio quality is terrible. No dynamic range. You can't experience the power and emotion from Linda's voice at all. Was this CD produced from a bootleg perhaps? I can't believe it would've come from any legitimate source. The producers of this CD should be deeply ashamed of themselves for releasing a piece of garbage like this. Do the CD producers - F.M.I.C. (Helsinki-Madrid-Roma) - even have permission to release this material?
This disc is not the complete show from 1982, either. The missing songs are "Silver Threads And Golden Needles" and "Easy For You To Say". Incorrect song title on the liner notes: "Livin' in the USA" should be "Back in the USA" (not one of my favorite songs anyway). It sounded dated even when Linda first recorded it.
Anyone who wants live Linda might consider the 3-CD set "Transmission Impossible".
Consider yourself warned. Do not buy 'Catfish'.
