Great quality stone
3 of 4 found this helpful I'm comparing this product with a non-branded 1000/6000 stone I purchased from eBay. It was like comparing apples to oranges, the King stone is by far superior in every aspect. It took less time on the King stone to form a burr. The 6000 side did a wonderful job of getting the edge to a very clean finish. The exact opposite was the case with the cheaper stone. Yes, the King stone is twice the price, but you only have to buy it once. Save your time and money and skip the temptation to buy cheap. You'll just end up buying another stone afterwards.
