Works good

It does help fade pimples and blemishes but I was sent a Zap that won't stay sealed so I have to hold both parts together or the batteries fly out. Im notnsure if they are all like that but unfortunetly, I cant even use mine comfortably because of this issue. It just won't stay closed ):
