BTE sound amplifier
3 of 3 found this helpful It is not a mini like they advertise, so it is very visible. Remember, It is a sound amplifier so not programable like a true digital hearing aid, so background noise is also amplified and can make it difficult to use in many situations, BUT it does give a lot of volume so you will hear much you cant begin to hear without it. However, I find it useful in some situations and annoying in other situations. However, It is a bargain at 26.00 a pair! Well worth buying just dont expect to use it all the time.

1 of 1 found this helpful some of the reviews are negative and I suspect those people do not know what they are doing. unwind the antena cord and be sure it hangs free of any metallic interference. i used scotch tape and taped it on the desk. be sure you hang it vertically. having the antenna strung properly is the key. the sound is very good but be sure the volume control on the pocket transmitter is turned to full volume. anyway i bought a 2nd one and used properly they work great. incredible for the price.

surprise
at the extremely low price i wondered if i'd be buying junk. actually this unit works and sounds great. unbelievable and pleasant surprise.
