I think it is worth the cost to upgrade.
I researched for some time, listened to multiple YouTube clips, and could not get a real feel for how this truly sounded. It sounds great, awesome deep tones. It is louder than expected. I don't think it is any louder than a Harley with Screaming Eagle pipes, but in my opinion, very close.
Its still very cold in Ohio, so no road time yet. I have gone ahead and also purchased the P1X baffle to see if that will soften the loudness a little.
It fits great on the bike, looks like it belongs better than the stock exhaust, and takes about 25lbs off the total weight.
