Works fine, simple to use, good price.
Works fine, simple to use, good price. I have it supplying power to my pool pump, and it does the job just fine.

Joe Pesci plays Joe Pesci
The classic fish-out-of-water story, with Joe Pesci playing the only role he ever plays, Joe Pesci. If you like him, see this movie; if you don't appreciate Pesci, you're probably not going to enjoy it, even though it's a hilarious film, because he fills the screen in nearly every scene.
This time he plays an attorney called in to save his cousin from a murder charge in a small southern town. The down-home "y'all ain't from around here" stuff gets laid on a bit thick at times, but it's not as insulting to the South as many major Hollywood films. (And of course, in the end, everybody appreciates the good in everybody else, and the diversity that makes us all unique, yadda yadda yadda...)
Marisa Tomei won an Oscar playing Vinny's long-suffering girlfriend, and the always fun-to-watch Fred "Herman Munster" Gwynn plays the judge.
This movie is loads of fun, but one note: no sex or violence, but unless your player can edit the language, this is not one for the kiddies.

Good enough, but don't miss the original
Personally I prefer the 1962 original with Frank Sinatra, Laurence Harvey, and Angela Lansbury, but this is a serviceable remake, with believable updating for modern audiences.
A bit more action-oriented than the earlier film, but this one features a strong leading performance by Denzel Washington, whose presence makes any movie better.
Worth watching, but no classic this time out.
