Good value wick replacement
Effectively an OEM replacement. Wicks have a limited life. Replacement is inevitable. $ 10 - 12 is a good price. Have a backup.

Units pretty much built to last forever. Only wear real item are brushes (which are available) and bearings ( which I am not sure are, but rarely go bad). Which means cosmetic condition only real issue in purchasing. Examine pictures carefully! ( Don't trust fuzzy pics )
That said, they do what they do, mix. Big difference between blender is that these do not puree ingredients ( Ex. Making true Margarita, this will not turn it into a slush. ) and the shaft works to make a vortex to incorporate air into mixture.
That's about it, now I've got to go find that lost shaker of salt....

The Wick is everything
Wicks degrade with use. Replacing the top ( wick is 2 parts ) is sufficient to renew. But when the heater grid doesn't fully light up. Do a total wick replace ( Not hard). Unit will be as new.
