I ordered the window trim molding for my Rav4. When I received the package, the tape on the end was torn and the packing tube was empty. I contacted the seller to get a reship and was told the next one would probably arrive the same way. I asked if they could pack it properly and was told that these were packaged at their warehouse and could not be repacked! If I still wanted a reship, I would have to assume all responsibility whether it made it or not! Great customer service!!!
