  This item was received damaged but this seller refunded my money. I really wanted a replacement item sent to me but I had already initiated a return and with doing that they could only refund my money. I then re-ordered this item from this seller for the same price that I paid for the damaged item and it is processing now. My suggestion for this is to first contact the seller when there is some issue before initiating a return. If a return is cancelled then Ebay will no longer work to resolve it
