  I refused delivery. I was expecting a poster but it was a picture. The seller listed returns accepted. I refused delivery. The same tracking number was used for the return but when it was delivered to the seller it showed my address as delivery for the return. The automated assistant is unable to help. The seller has not replied since it was delivered back to them.
