Best knife

Wusthof knives are top of the line. They are NOT stainless steel like so many advertise - they are an alloy of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium which produce a very stain resistant, hard, and sharp knife that keeps its edge and sharpens beautifully. They are definitely worth the money
