Lotus super 7
A very good Tamiya kit that cries out for kitbashing. Handy source for dogs dish hubcaps for other smaller cars. Good rendition of a Lotus engine with Webers. Made a few of these

Fun kit to build
Nicely detailed motorcycle kit. Small parts and tricky assembly but size makes it impressive on display. Easy to break smaller parts, and some clearance issues, better for experienced modelers. You will need a display case - too many parts than can be damaged by handling.

Olympus FE-210 7.1 Megapixel

Great little camera - added a 2G picture card to eliminate having to download too often.
Easy to operate, only drawback is slow shutter time.
Excellent pictures even at lowest quality setting.
Got through Christmas to New Year without having to recharge battery, a plus - has a bulky camera with 4 AA batteries prior to this.
Was able to turn on and take pictures without consulting instructions, very intuitive - like the way the buttons feel and function. Good value for money - bought reconditioned unit, have had good luck with these.
