  If seller used a competent courier / transport company the item would not have arrived damaged. The useless company they keep using is the worst available, slow and prone to damaging items. Otherwise the seller's service is great and item is as described but with damaged packaging which as it was to be a present makes it a bit useless.

  Original add showed photos of two mats description said Mat for mattress and pillow .A very small mat arrived seller insisted that was selected by me. The seller responded but kept asking for photos of add which l sent and presented and then photos of packing. Eventually l said l would let Ebay decide and did not hear back from EBAY The tiny mat that did arrive is ok but a disappointing purchase
