Customer service was very good. Unfortunately the transport company was very slow in their delivery and communication considering we are only 1 state away. Item was packed tightly but it has made the fabric on the tablet holder a little creased and tatty. Although I was happy with the price and shipping and customer service was prompt I am disappointed with the look of the product as it is not really gift worthy as I had purchased it for.

( I'm guessing Due to manufacturing and packing, not seller fault as Box was undamaged) Showed photos and Seller was prepared to send another lid. Great communication and resolved my concern.
