Great idea bad functionality
Very hard to get to work on windows 10, once it works ok, cannot extend desktop, must be "clone" and it forces 800x600 resolution, also the 2nd usb power port does not make it realistically brighter, to get it brighter you must use the power adapter.
Don't expect top of the line projection, good for a pinch in a really dark room.

Works Perfect for Smash Melee
I didn't expect the "cheaper alternative" to the Wii U adapter to work so well!
Both Wii U and PC recognize it with no problems.
You can literally swap gamecube controllers mid game and not have to wait for windows to re-recognize the controller. This is great for emulation and other things! Once you set your mapping the first time with each port you never have to do it again.
Will not work with a MadCatz though - but will work with MOST gamecube controllers (even the imported fake GC controllers)

Lightweight with good performance.

I noticed a lot of users saying they get distortion at high volumes and that's probably because they are plugging their inputs in the "built-in pre-amps" in the unit. (the XLR and 1/4" inputs)
Laptop Users: use the 1/8th TRS to RCA cable to plug in to the RCA inputs on the unit. (it's called line-level).
Anyways: these units do really well and even though Rockville is not a known name brand , their speakers are really good quality, and well priced.
