Seller used compact but reliable packaging and the bear came exactly as described, even the squeaker still works super well.   TERRIBLE SELLER!!!!!! No response ever tried asking questions months in advance before ordering still nothing I ordering took for 2 weeks to get here I ordered a battery and lens days after purchasing the cam and that still came before this 😭 if you want the item that bad your gonna have to face whatever shows up…. Going to spend another 200 having it serviced because the picture is pink and green so 👌🙏🙏

  Wrong item was shipped!! I messaged the seller directly, they never responded. I started a return/refund with eBay, they stepped in because there was No communication from the seller!! eBay gave me my money back. I’m so bummed because I really needed the learning material for my son, luckily the company of the product isn’t sold out. Beware, do not buy from this seller.

  I ordered because I wanted product. I contacted to ask when order would ship because 9 days after ordering it still hadn't shown as shipped. Later that day after my email it was marked as shipped with no tracking and no actual response from seller. 5 days later I just get an ebay notification that item was being refunded. I contacted seller and asked what was going on and again no response. I would not purchase from this seller. Seems sketchy!!!
