  Item was badly damaged on arrival. The remedy that the seller offered would have cost me more money which he did not offer to compensate for. He never even replied to my last message. Horrible Horrible Seller. Avoid at all costs.

  Hi, 2 crystal pawn pieces snapped at the neck during transit despite the packaging. The rest was fine. Apologies it took me so long to source replacements but this chess set was discontinued in 2007 making it difficult to source just 2 pawns. I offered to buy the replacement pieces but it would take 2 weeks to come from the US. I truly do apologise for this frustrating situation and I truly did all I could to resolve. Apologies you weren't happy with my proposal.
