  The seller has gotten back to me and did apologize for the delay. He has issued a full refund to me for the item which was damaged by Fed Ex. The seller ended taking a full loss on the doors and all the shipping costs he had incurred through Fed Ex. Extremely unfortunate situation for him. He ended up going out of his way and taking a big a loss in order to make things right for the customer. I appreciate it and wish things would have worked out better for all parties and not just Fed Ex.
