POOR QUALITY - WIRES FALL OFF!!!
More Chinese junk. I bought four of these, and a wire came off of the first two I installed. I know how to solder, and I found it impossible to resolder the wires back on (which is probably why they fell apart in the first place). I didn't bother trying to install the third and fourth; big waste of time and money. I'd give these zero stars if I could. Too bad, because the mount on these makes them useful in a variety of situations.

Disappointing - not very bright
I bought these because they appeared similar to head lamps I'd bought last year. Compared to my older head lamps, these are nowhere near as bright. They appear to have two smaller bulbs off to the sides of the main bulb, but they're not light bulbs; I don't know what they are and what they do (well, they do nothing). I'm disappointed and I regret purchasing these.

Doubt it's a real Motorcraft 2150
4 of 5 found this helpful I don't like to submit negative ratings and rarely do so, but I haven't had a good experience. The kit sounds like a good value, but there are no model or part numbers on the carb; I've never seen a real 2150 without numbers. Supposedly Gronk installs the correct jets for your elevation, but I needed to go down three sizes. I think the size of the air filter is on the small side for the AMC 256 c.i. engine. I've had one of Gronk's carbs for over four years, and in this time, the outside surfaces have become very corroded; I've never seen any carburetor corrode like this. I find it difficult to believe that a genuine Motorcraft would have no numbers and would corrode like this. Without a model number, which rebuild kit should I buy? I asked Gronk, who wasn't easy to get a hold of. He asked for pictures, which were sent. He then said the "standard rebuild kit" will work. What's a standard rebuild kit? There's at least 20 different kits available. Further requests for clarification went unanswered. Maybe the carbs he's selling now are better than the one I got, but I can only relate my experience, which hasn't been great. In hindsight, I should have tried to purchase just the adapter plate from Gronk (I don't know if he sells them separately, but they are very nice) and then buy a Motorcraft with numbers elsewhere.
