Boat Living
I purchased this for my daughter who decided living on a boat would be cheaper than paying rent. She will study for the exam and be able to pilot her vessel herself.
I flipped thru the book briefly. It appear to cover everything the exam would include, situations you would encounter, safety regulations, weather, navigation.
Being a 5th edition, it is up to date with new regulations.
