  The hat is great and as described. Note to seller: I picked up the hat last week but IT SHOWS IN MY PURCHASE HISTORY THAT I HAVE NOT PICKED IT UP. This did not make sense to me - the collection point scanned the bar code in my ebay email. I requested a call from ebay support and spoke to Michael in support at 14.46 on 14th April and explained the situation so there wasn't any problem in you getting paid. he said it would be sorted but 2 days later it is still shows as not collected..

  Glasses arrived and different to the pictures they used, I contacted them as I could have got the glasses they sent for much less. I asked for a part refund or a price match on the glasses they sent but they declined.
