Simple doll pattern that turns out great!
Love this pattern. I had one previously, and the doll turned out great. I wanted to try again this time to do the doll in the bonnet. The pattern is quite big, but so is the doll.

The Perfect Edwardian Dress Patterns
I love this book. If you are patient, and read how the rulers work, what the symbols mean, and what you have to do, you can make any of the dresses, capes, underclothes in the book. Though it gives you the basic pattern, you have to embellish it yourself to your liking. That said, it gives you the patterns of the stylish sleeves and yokes and shapes of the Edwardian fashions. Embellishing shouldn't be that difficult. It is time consuming, so make sure that you have time and don't get frustrated. If you use the correct rulers, the outfit will fit you. Some give yardages, others do not. Instructions are minimal, but if you sew, it should be ok. Patience though is the key here, read everything until you understand it, then go for it.
