Cannot turn off
0 of 2 found this helpful I don't use the phone much except for talk and text. For that it works very well. It is a nice size and easy to carry in pocket. Battery life probably average as I charge it every other day even though not used a lot. The problem I have is that I cannot turn it off. The screen turns off, but not the phone. It will reboot itself as soon as I turn it off. I have tried several suggestions found online, but no answer. Called T-Mobile and Samsung support. Took it to a Samsung rep at Best Buy and she thought it was a hardware problem. Would be a nice phone without that problem.
