Air Locker AT100S Inline / Straight Line Air Sander 2-3/4 x 15-3/4 Inch

This sander will shake your fillings out.

This product came in and was clearly a rebuilt item. The polished aluminum housing had a deep gouge that had tried to be sanded out. There was a stain where a decal used to be that didn't polish out. I could overlook that for the price, but the worst part is how bad this thing shakes when it's used. I've used inline Sanders for years and all the rest have a fairly smooth operation. This thing makes such an abrupt change in direction with each stroke that its incredibly uncomfortable to use. 40 grit was unbearable, 80 grit was slightly better. 180 grit only reinforced my opinion that this thing is just junk. Itll probably last forever because itll hardly ever get used.
