Upgrade from stock
My stock square taper bottom bracket on my Diamond Back Insight started making noise after 150 miles, so being a professional auto mechanic and I have to customize every toy I own, I felt an upgrade was in order. After looking at some of the options available and talking with my Rodie friend the Sora HollowTech seemed like the best upgrade plus my old crank was 170mm and the bike fit calculator said 175mm was my ideal length. Have put 125 miles on this crank in the last month, seems great compared to Stock

Junk bit for air hammer
Right off the bat I noticed that the bit blade would start to mushroom when it hit a weld joint. Oh yea we were scrapping sound coat from the MRAP ceilings. Used about 2 hours over a 2 day period and shank snapped clean thru. I don't believe there was any heat treatment done to this bit. Best guess, it was made in china of metal from an old washing machine

E90 upgrade
Part also fits non-M E90 cars, as an upgrade. Works with stock exhaust or the BMW PE exhaust system. Does not come with anti rust coating so you are going to have to paint it, since it's made of steel not aluminum.
