Microloading Olympic Barbell 'Plates'
I use these to microload an Olympic barbell in a 5x5 program I am using.
This allows for very small changes in weight.
The washers are approximately 10 ounces each, so 2 of them are about 1.25 lbs.
They are not precise or totally consistent in weight, but then neither are the cast iron weights specifically cast for lifting.
They are close enough for my purpose and were much easier to find and order than other microloading options.
Cheaper too.
I have been using them a lot.
They work great for me.

FAST Shipping, just as described, appears well made.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have not used it yet, however it looks to be well made.
I am only going to keep this around the house, so the gauge of steel should be fine for my very light usage.
If I were buying for use with an offroad vehicle for instance, I would probably buy the European made heavier duty Jerry Can.
Shipping was VERY FAST.
At almost 1/2 the price of the European made model, I have no complaints.
