Simple and efficient
Bought three all together, and they have lasted up to a year without issues. Dont know about the rated power, but it is good enough for my 8x geared brushed motors. I had expected them to fail / burn out fast, but they havent :)

Good odor eliminator
Does eliminate odors, but did nothing to the smell of "cheap china factory clothing" I wanted to use it for. I guess the smell It could not eliminate is remnants of formaldehyde. Did wonders on a regular old windbreaker that had mild mold and sweat odor to it.

Brakes too easily
After 11 out of 30 ordered was broken and shtattered during transport (they came in plastic bags and not in the pictured plastic holder), I have broken three more just handdrilling 1mm acrylic sheets. Might be they are all damaged due to the poor shipping method, but I suspect they are more brittle than the dental burrs I used to have.
