Have to send off for service already!
1 of 3 found this helpful I was hoping to replace my old denon with this model but already running into problems within the first month...It was being very glitchy with having the receiver as the main hub for all my components. .screen would black out from time to time and the picture would be jumpy..just prompted for a firmware update and now it froze half way during it and it won't get out of trying to update. . .keeps retrying over and over and wont stop...found many threads about this happening to a lot of the newer denon receivers with built in wifi and the only way to fix it is to send it back to denon to reset the main chipset!...not happy at all!
