Smooth Base
I'm no audiophile but I do appreciate accurate reproduction of music. I don't just use the sub for home theatre applications, Compared to the other (klipsch Synergy) 10" before this one, the Velodyne sounds smoother, or more even through the low end range. It also melds better with our JBL 5.25 towers, crossed over at 110 hz. It sits squarely on the hardwood flor, rather than having legs. This actually helps reduce the annoying vibrations. We won this 8 yr old speaker and I'm happy. Hopefully we get some years out of it!

Solid construction that only takes up ne...
Solid construction that only takes up necessary room for large puzzles. Two sides do not have a lip, so easy slide off of puzzle when completed.
