good old-fashion notebook, bad hard disk.
good shape, retro design, full-speed device and a legendary name is what a Thinkpad means. good stuff: all the ammenities (up to 16gb of ram), a wacom digitizer, a rude to-the-touch screen and keyboard and a totally functional energy customizable software embedded. bad stuff: the hard drive (an HDD, not an SSD) it's too delicated and slow down the full potential of the laptop. the laptop have an giroscopic sensor for the fully control of the RPM of the HDD for the mid-shock of the HDD. my HDD died with a header ticks (too hard ticks) recommendation: once you have your laptop, USE THE RESTORE DISK OPTION AND CREATE A USB-FLASH RESTORE DEVICE (16GB neccesary and preferred to be a brand-new usb 3.0), after that, change the HDD with an SSD unit (any kind. i changed it for an PNY optima SSD and run great)
