Good mixage from Hospital Records
Hospital Records give control of the mixer to the Cyantific boys, and to fine effect.
Kicking off with High Contrast's uplifting Twilight's Last Gleaming, this platter takes us through some nice dubby stuff (Commix' Roots Train) before laying on the boppy beats with Racing Green, the toe-tapping brass stabs of Danny Byrd's The Winchester Club and Syncopix' General Hospital, reminding us that a tune sounding like a James Last version of the Are You Being Served? theme is most certainly not a bad thing.
The second half cranks things up a little, with a brace of Child Support tracks leading nicely into Cyantific's own Output - pleasantly soft on the outside, slightly meaty in the middle.
The final three tracks lend an eerie air with their alien themed twiddlings, rounding off a very pleasant musical smorgasbord.
My favourite of the Hospital Mixes - mellow enough to play in the background but with plenty of chunky substance to dance your slippers off to. Now that's clever.

Versatile source of protein.
These have a great nutty taste. I've used them in casseroles, stir fries and made houmous better than shop bought. And at 3kg these will last for months.
