In order to get the full benefits of the DVR you need a remote it came well packed and fast fit right in my PO BOX with room to spare. It came with the 4 AAA batteries installed and ready to use. I especially like slide in and out of the battery compartment and recording controls

Replacement for the decades old one I broke myself so why not get what I know works it's black and white crisp and clear night vision is debatable depending on outside lights and glare from such

If you have work ids that you need in a pinch or once in a while this may work for you. It’s magnetic to a locker on your phone coming in and shirt pocket throughout the day.
