Great 60's Movie
This was always one of my favorite all-time movies since I first saw it in the theater. I think it conveys a lot of the emotions of the time very well and those who see it now will understand the horror that abortion was back in the sixties. The acting is superb and Natalie Wood should have received the Oscar that year. Steve McQueen was, well.....Steve McQueen - the ultimate in cool. Although it would have worked in color it's better in B/W because of the mood it brings to the screen. It was a time when film-makers could tell a compelling story that built to a satisfying ending and do it in less than two hours. A lot of things are better today, but this movie helps us remember and understand that everything isn't.

Inexpensive but great
1 of 1 found this helpful I had been looking for a good buy on spikeless golf shoes and found these. They are perfect to play in, solid FootJoy quality but bought them at a third the cost of others of this type.
