New Toshiba Satellite L505 Motherboard V000185210

Good board

Brought life back into a dying/dead laptop. It's like having a new laptop again. Installation was actually rather smooth, and the new board went right in, as well as all the connections. Started right up from old hard drive information, Windows recognized it without having to re-register. So far, it's been running smooth as silk.

all good with exception of decals

It's nice having the 3 versoins in these small models. I recommend going the full yard and using model glue on these. My only complaint would have to be with the decals. They didn't feel nor act like decals I'm used. to. These had a thin "parchment" paper feel to them. I couldn't get them to stay in place. Pretty much damaged what few I got on. Very stiff and didn't adhear to the model well. Maybe just old? Not sure. Having to make my own decals to go on these sadly.

Good price. sturdy item

You can't beat the price for the amount of them you get. One note however; Don't think you're going to be able to solder on to these with a small iron. I had a 30 watt, and the solder did NOT like sticking to the solder tabs. I had to move up to a 120 Watt gun to get it hot enough for the solder to properly apply. Other than that, these are little gems.
