Unit works great,but I had to purchase an additional condensation pump to remove excess moisture. That's cool.Great product.This is my third Hisense heat pump.I love them.Over time the evaporator and condenser coils will have to be cleaned outside if you experience unit cutting on and off. This means coils are dirty , causing excessive high internal pressures. Safety devices shut off unit to protect compressor.
