The seller was very helpful in sorting out the problem. He sent out another set of strings, two of which had the same problem. Eventually, after getting nowhere with the manufacturer, the seller refunded my money and I returned the strings. Again, I highly recommend this seller, whose after-sales service was as good as it gets.

All good, had these before, price was very fair. These 'mushroom' toppers are sturdy and have the advantage of being shallow enough to just about allow you to still touch (underneath) the capacitive switches on Line6 devices for 'soft' selection - plus they conveniently stop the 'soft' selection when used on a desk !
