    the plant is gorgeous. the seller on the other hand ignored 4 messages from me & one from ebay about combined shipping. Not even to say no we don't. Just nothing. I ended up paying 52.00 in shipping cost for something that should have been much less. For that I would never shop with this seller again even though their products are lovely. If you have no concerns about answers to queries, I wouldn't hesitate to shop here. The plant is worth the aggravation though.

    The plant arrived out of its pot, broken leaf, shriveled leafs, brown spot (virus perhaps) and absolutely zero root system to speak of. I reached out to seller no response as of 9/28/24. I would not recommend this seller. The plant received was nothing like the offering on listing. I have been growing orchids for years this is by far the worst one I have ever received.

    This orchid needed a lot of TLC, but it looked like the plant from the photo: I think it simply declined over the winter and the roots fully died off. I decided I would keep it so I could do an antifungal treatment on it right away. I reached out with photos to let them know I was dissatisfied: they very professionally and politely made the situation right. As with all plants, inspect thoroughly, immediately upon arrival. I was able to save one cane, so I do think it was grown well previously.
