  Handle set lock weiser box (arrived open) was not secured in shipping box, long screw missing. Beautiful shiny given 30 years.

  The box was totally sealed (and had never been opened) when I shipped it. I have had secure packages opened and intentionally destroyed once before while in USPS hands. I filed a claim then and was able to give buyer some discompensation. I think we should file a claim with USPS.. considering the cost to ship, it should have been treated well.
