Buyer Beware

I received this product and immediatley noticed the hose to the handle looked like it was cut with a steak knife. the cut was very uneven and then was held on by a hose clamp. It had a large gas leak at the handle. I contacted the seller and his concern was not the expected "So sorry lets make this right" but instead was " Send me a picture" Then nothing, I replied I wanted to return as it was unsafe. Got a note saying here are the return rules. I have returned the product and have not received any type of refund.
