  To describe this seller as "A+" or "10/10" is an understatement. The communication was fantastic. The plant was shipped very quickly and arrived two days later. The packing was super high quality. The plant is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. eBay needs more sellers like this.

  The monstera arrived 3 days from the ship date and was very well packaged. The plant is in excellent shape and as great as I was hoping for.   The post reflected the state of the plant well. Item sent out reasonably fast. Shipping costs are kind of high considering that FedEx took an extra couple of days over estimated delivery timeline for me, but also kind of understandable considering that the seller is trying to get fast shipping and it is not their fault that FedEx couldn't find my house. The plant was packaged well. Instructions for basic care included. Would not hesitate to buy again.

  All past orders from this sell where perfect and on schedule. Unfortunately I never received this plant and appeared to be. FedEx lost package issue. Frustration was I never received communications with seller on what the FedEx issue was and had to pull in EBay to address. I will still buy from this seller again as pass orders where exceptional.

  Hi, I'm very sorry you did not receive this plant. I was not aware that 1 of the 4 packages was not received until eBay notified about this issue. The address was the same on all of the shipping labels and there should have been no reason for the order not to arrive with the others. FedEx Customer Service could not say why the package was not delivered, returned it to sender and a full refund issued. Thank you for your orders and understanding.
